Enter operator information in Unifinder

In CallGuide Agent, Unifinder there are several functions customised for you who is working as an operator.

A note that can only be seen by yourself and your operator colleagues in Telia CallGuide is entered as Operator information.

The area where you see Operator information can be opened in various ways:

• Open by double-clicking on the arrow }
• Open and close with Ctrl Alt l on your keyboard
• Open and close by pulling the dividing bar

1. To start writing, double-click on the first empty row.
2. Double-click to the right to specify stop time.
3. Save by clicking outside the text field or pressing Return or Tab.
